A Reality Check That Was 95% Accurate

As a parent, I was looking for an objective evaluation, not just reassurance. The IntelliTrait assessment was impressive—I found it to be 90-95% accurate regarding my daughter’s true abilities. It successfully narrowed down the career path, even suggesting areas she hadn’t initially considered.

​While the student might not always like the outcome because it challenges their personal bias, the assessment is technically sound. The counseling session was professionally handled with good industry insight. My suggestion for future sessions is to be even bolder—counselors should challenge the student’s ideas rather than just agreeing with them, to ensure they truly explore their potential.

I am good at management, sales is also good for me, But marketing needs more creative and visual ideas which I lack, Result shows same.

I am bad in taking risks to start a new business. Only I start if everything seems fine. But I can run an existing business and explore every possible ways to make maximum output from it by analysing market conditions and current scenarios.

This experience truly helped me gain a clearer understanding of myself. It showed me not only what I am good at but also highlighted the areas where I need improvement.

More importantly, it gave me insight into my strengths and guided me toward the paths where I have the potential to truly excel and make a meaningful impact.
